Information you provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, business name, current website, main service, service area, work email and preferred contact method. A phone number and project note are optional unless you ask for a text or call response.
Why the information is used
Form information is used to evaluate whether the standard website package fits, respond to the request, prepare project questions and maintain an accurate written record. It is not sold as a marketing list.
First-touch advertising information
On the first visit, the site can store UTM parameters, Google or Meta click identifiers, the landing-page path, a query-free referrer and the first landing timestamp. This information is kept in first-party browser storage for up to 90 days and is included with an inquiry so Built to Quote can understand which campaign led to it. A direct return visit does not replace the first source.
Analytics and consent
No analytics identifier is hardcoded into the site. If Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics is configured later, those optional tools load only after the visitor allows analytics. Declining optional analytics does not prevent the form from working. The site still uses first-party storage for inquiry attribution and the saved consent preference.
Embedded videos
The homepage shows lightweight video placeholders without contacting YouTube. A connection to YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed service is made only after you choose to load a player. Google and YouTube may then receive technical information and process video activity under their own privacy terms. You can use the direct YouTube link instead of loading the embedded player.
Storage and service providers
Accepted inquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database used by the site. Cloudflare processes hosting, security and database traffic. If email notifications are configured, Resend processes a copy of the inquiry for delivery to the designated Built to Quote inbox. Domain, hosting, analytics and email providers may process limited technical information under their own terms.
Retention
Inquiry records are generally retained for up to 24 months, or longer when needed for an active project, an accounting or legal obligation, security review or dispute. Short-lived hashed rate-limit records are automatically removed. Browser attribution expires after 90 days unless it is cleared sooner by the visitor.
Your choices
You can clear this site’s local storage in your browser, decline optional analytics and ask for access, correction or deletion of an inquiry record where applicable. Reply to any Built to Quote message with “Privacy request.” A dedicated domain privacy mailbox should be confirmed before paid advertising begins.
Security and limits
The form uses server-side validation, a spam trap, rate limits and duplicate protection. No online system is perfectly secure, so only information relevant to the website request should be submitted.
Changes
This notice may be updated when the service, provider list or legal requirements change. The current revision date appears at the top of the page.
