Standard $1,000 scope
The advertised $1,000 fixed package covers one standard five-page marketing website for a home-service business. It includes business and competitor research, page planning, core website copy, one visual direction, responsive design, development, a quote or contact form, basic on-page SEO, analytics setup, domain connection, launch support and two revision rounds.
Work outside the standard package
Online stores, SaaS products, portals, membership systems, custom applications, advanced calculators, complex CRM integrations, large multilingual sites, dozens of service or location pages, ongoing SEO, advertising management and other custom functionality are not included. Additional work is quoted separately before it begins.
Homepage concept and approval
Eligible active businesses can review a private homepage direction before paying for production. Submitting the form does not guarantee that a concept will be created. If the direction is not a fit, the business is not required to continue. Concept ownership, confidentiality and reuse rights are stated in the project-specific agreement.
Production and payment
Production begins only after the client approves the written scope, timeline and price and completes the payment step described in the project agreement. The public page does not replace an invoice, order form or service agreement.
Revisions
Two revision rounds are included within the approved scope. A revision round is a consolidated set of reasonable changes to the agreed direction. Additional rounds, new pages, a new direction or work outside the scope may require a separate quote.
Timeline and client materials
The timeline is confirmed before production. Delivery depends on access to accurate business information, approved logos and photos, domain or platform access, required legal content and timely consolidated feedback. Delays in materials or approval can move the schedule.
Domain, hosting and third-party services
Domain registration, hosting and paid third-party software are separate costs when they apply. The selected platform, provider, access model and recurring costs are disclosed in the written scope. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and availability.
Ownership and source access
The final ownership, license, source access, transfer and third-party asset terms are stated in the project-specific agreement before production begins. The website does not promise a particular source-code transfer or a no-dependency delivery model without that written confirmation.
Results and business decisions
The website is designed to improve service clarity, customer confidence, mobile action and inquiry flow. Built to Quote does not guarantee a specific number of leads, conversion rate, revenue increase, search ranking or return on investment. Business results also depend on the offer, reputation, market, traffic, follow-up and operations.
Reasonable use
Clients are responsible for the accuracy, permissions and legality of the business information, claims, photos, reviews, trademarks and other materials they provide. Built to Quote may decline content that appears misleading, unverifiable or unlawful.
Legal review
These terms are a plain-language operating summary, not a substitute for a project agreement or legal advice. Final legal review by the business owner or qualified counsel is recommended before paid advertising launch.
